
Happy New Year! Have you already forgotten your resolutions? It is time to rethink those resolutions that you were so excited about and finally start doing!!! Remember it is a lifestyle change and one that you have to make that commitment on a daily basis but isn't your health worth it? Have you ever heard someone say, "I have tried everything and can't lose weight."? Well, everyone on the Biggest Loser loses weight. Here is why, exercise and nutrition do not fail. People may fail at exercise and nutrition, but exercise and nutrition do not fail on people.
On a personal note, I am looking forward to an exciting year of competing. I am just now getting around to posting pictures from my last 2 shows in October 2010. The first are pics from Nationals in Atlanta. The others are from Jen Hendershott's 2nd Annual AWW. This was such a great show for me, not only to to have won the Open Short class, Masters class, & Overall Figure title but to do all this on my 40th Birthday was the icing on the cake!!!!

In July I competed in Team Universe that was held in NJ. I am thrilled to say that I placed in the top ten...6th place in the Masters division. It is great meting so many wonderful girls from all over the country!

I recently competed in the Arnold Sports Festival and was thrilled to have placed 7th in my Figure class! It doesn't get any better than having my trainer, Jen Hendershott, right there for support. I had a blast working at the Scivation booth at the Expo and meeting so many wonderful people from all over the world.

Hey and Welcome to my site! I am a NPC Figure Competitor, Mother, and work a full-time job outside of the Fitness industry. As you can see I am a VERY busy woman but health & fitness have become a passion not only for me but to be a role model for my son and for others of all ages. I love pushing myself to the limit. I want to help others feel better about their body & educate them on the importance of maintaining healthy eating habits. I feel that most people would choose to exercise & eat better, if it were fun and convenient so I want to help you achieve that goal.
I enjoy fitness for many reasons. I fell in love with the sport and the beauty of the physiques of the girls involved. Fitness has become a lifestyle for me. It keeps me looking good, but it also has taken me to another level both physically & mentally. I have a focus and a drive when I am fit and healthy. I want to say Thank you first to my amazing family & friends for their love & support, especially my son. He is my biggest fan and holds me accountable to my diet. When getting ready for a show he is always the first one to call me out if I am struggling with my diet!! I can’t thank you enough even when the road has been crazy at times but you put up with me. Thanks to Jen Hendershott and the Phat Girlz for reshaping my body and the grueling training sessions along with the motivation to keep pushing me when I started to whine. I am thrilled be part of Jen Henderhott’s PGN team and the empire she has created, along with a special thanks for the sponsorship from PGN/Scivation.
Last, but certainly not least is my faith in God and His son Jesus Christ. They are what get me thru the daily challenges of life. I am extremely blessed to know that I have someone behind me 100% no matter what battles I face.
